Some of the many gifts received by Harper Seven, the first baby girl of soccer superstar David Beckham and wife Victoria, have been donated by the couple to their chosen charity shops in Los Angeles.
Thousands of pounds of unsolicited presents were sent by companies to the famous couple’s daughter who was born on July 10, in a desperate move to the closely associated with the Beckham’s.
A close source said ‘There are going to be some very lucky families in LA over the next few weeks.’
The 36-year old LA Galaxy star David and his 37-year old fashion designer wife Victoria have an estimated worth of £165 million making them one of Hollywood and the sports world’s power couples which explains the output of gifts from companies. Since the baby’s birth two weeks ago, the couple has received several goodies including changing tables, carry cots, a swing set and 14 designer prams.
‘We discourage companies but do receive a lot of unsolicited goods,’ the couple’s spokesman tells the Daily Star. ‘They’re sent to deserving charities.’
Beckham, who belongs to the list of the top-earning sports personalities in the world, continue to make waves in the soccer world.
